Drafsastar ist ein Wortspiel.
Draf für Draff also Treber, Sa für Salt = Salz und Star für Starch = Stärke kommen hier als Basis zusammen, um ein Werkstoff mithilfe von Hitze und Druck zu bilden. Rote Bete Saft färbt die Masse Rot-Rosa. Dieses Material wurde im Sinne des Kreislaufgedankens entwickelt. Durch diese Anforderungen haben wir uns reglementiert, als auch eine Richtlinie für uns geschaffen. Wir haben ausschließlich mit natürlichen, pflanzlichen und auch möglichst regionalen Materialien gearbeitet. Dass die Komponenten auch keine tierischen Bestandteile enthalten, war noch zusätzlich erfreulich.
